All orders are shipped at a flat rate of $10.

FREE SHIPPING on orders over $80.

Items are shipped within Australia via Australia Post within 1-3 days of the order being placed. 

Transit time within Australia can range from 1 to 10 business days- please allow for us being located in the far west! We are unable to guarantee delivery timeframes. 

Express post can be arranged- please contact us to discuss. 

International shipping: $20 flat rate. Countries we currently ship to are: The US, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore, United Kingdom.

If your country is not on this list and you would like to place an order, please  email us and we will do our utmost to make shipping arrangements. 

Transit time for international shipments is 3-4 weeks on average. Please note we are not responsible for any customs charges that maybe incurred


Returns and Refunds

All our items are lovingly handmade. We will refund or exchange any faulty products immediately.  We hope you love your purchase, but should your Paper Lovers product not meet your expectations we would love to hear about it and resolve any issues.

If you change your mind about your purchase that's ok, we will accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee.
